About Sylex.ai

Why we built it

Sylex.ai was built inside operating businesses, with the operator in the room. The valuable decisions were trapped across email, CRM, documents and disconnected systems, and we built the platform to fix that in our own companies before offering it to anyone else.

The story

Almost every company has bought the same AI tools, and few see the results they expected. Tools change individual productivity. The return comes from redesigning how work flows between people, systems and decisions.

Sergei has more than 25 years of experience across nearly every building type, from 16,000 to more than 2 million square feet, in the United States, Puerto Rico and Europe.

He brings the operator's view: how real companies win work, run projects and manage physical assets.

AI and software engineer

Alex holds a BS and an MS in Computer Science from Purdue University.

He designs the memory, agents and governance layer.
