Platform
One enterprise memory supports many intelligence products
Each layer remains modular. Companies can begin with CRM Intelligence and extend into operations, projects, finance, facilities and agentic execution.
Platform architecture
A company brain, built in five layers
At the centre of the platform is one living memory of your company: its customers, its work, the assets it owns and the decisions it has made. Every product and every agent reads from that memory and writes back to it, so each new piece of work adds context for the next one.
Leaders can ask it questions in plain language and get answers traced to their sources. People keep authority over what gets sent, priced, committed or changed.

How the platform changes
AI changes the interface, the data model and the operating cadence
The platform evolves from a reporting destination into an active, governed participant in the workflow.
| Platform dimension | BI platform | Sylex.ai approach |
|---|---|---|
| Interface | Dashboards and filters | Conversation, briefs and role-specific copilots |
| Data model | Metrics in separate systems | Operational graph linking people, work, assets and decisions |
| Cadence | Periodic review | Continuous monitoring with event-driven alerts |
| Workflow | Human interpretation and follow-up | AI recommendations, drafts and approved actions |
| Learning | Reports remain mostly static | Feedback and outcomes improve memory, rules and agents |
Governance travels through every layer: identity, permissions, source traceability, approval thresholds and audit history.
First intelligence product
CRM Intelligence
In production
A shared relationship memory that turns every customer interaction into context for the next decision.
Our first product. It runs in production today.
What the product covers
Unified account memory
Meetings, messages, proposals, contracts, service history and commitments.
Opportunity and risk signals
Intent, stalled pursuits, missing relationships, churn risk and open obligations.
Next-best action
Meeting briefs, follow-up drafts, proposal inputs and prioritized outreach.
Human authority
People approve communications, pricing, commitments and sensitive customer actions.
In production
CRM Intelligence at Laser Scan Chicago
Laser Scan Chicago is a 3D laser scanning and scan-to-BIM firm. It is the company our co-founder Sergei Safonov runs, so the platform was built with its operator in the room.
What runs there today
Every channel in one place
Company mailboxes, voicemail and website enquiries are pulled in every five minutes.
AI triage
Spam and prompt-injection filtering, then classification, then a short card to the owner.
One relationship memory
Contacts, organisations and projects with a single interaction history and a project lifecycle.
Bid invitations
Bid invitations are detected and the estimators behind them become contacts.
Under human authority
Proposals with approval
Proposals are generated from a fixed rate card into the shared drive, with a human approval step before anything is sent.
Daily rhythm
Follow-up reminders, a daily brief, and a dashboard of what needs the owner, what is in flight and system health.
Authority enforced in the database
Human authority is enforced in the database, not just in the prompt: outbound actions are gated on review.
As of September 2026 the system had processed more than 1,000 emails, over 200 voicemails and over 300 website enquiries into about 1,600 logged interactions.
Business and physical operations
Operations Intelligence
Next module
Sylex.ai connects how work is documented with where work actually happens.
The next module, built on the same enterprise memory.
Process intelligence
See bottlenecks, handoffs, exceptions and unresolved dependencies.
Project intelligence
Link scope, schedules, decisions, deliverables and client commitments.
Asset and facility intelligence
Anchor equipment, spaces, documents, maintenance and sensor data to a digital twin.
Operational agents
Monitor conditions, prepare work, coordinate follow-up and escalate within defined limits.
Asset and Digital Twin Pilot stage
At pilot stage: capture and modelling of spaces, equipment and physical operations.
Commercial model
Land with intelligence, expand through shared memory
Every new module becomes more valuable because it uses the same governed understanding of the company.
Revenue streams
Platform subscription
Annual access priced by modules, users, operating scale and AI usage.
Implementation
Discovery, integration, governance, workflow design and change management.
Digital twin services
Optional capture and modelling of spaces, equipment and physical operations.
Expansion path
- CRM Intelligence In production
- Operations Intelligence Next module
- Asset and Digital Twin Pilot stage
- Cross-enterprise Agents
Defensibility grows through domain models, customer-specific memory, trusted workflows and measurable feedback loops.
Entry point
Start with one workflow
Start with one visible business problem: customer follow-up, pipeline quality, project coordination, operational reporting or facility intelligence.
